What is Reiki?
Reiki(pronounced Ray-Key) is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy, the power of the universe that flows through every living thing.
A Reiki treatment consists of laying the hands on the body in a prescribed pattern and allowing the energy of life to flow through the hands to the person being treated.
Applying Reiki is practical and useful. It accelerates and strengthens any healing process from bruising to chronic illness to mental/emotional imbalance. Reiki can be used at any time and in any situation.
Reiki provides energetic nourishment to both maintain and enhance healing and health. There is neither dogma nor any tenants of faith in Reiki. It is a simple, natural, energy balancing technique that helps promote the well being of the body, mind and soul.
The Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Reiki is a method of natural healing which accelerates and activates the flow of the Universal Life Force Energy, thus strengthening and enhancing the body’s own innate ability to heal and restore itself.

Christopher Lee was born and raised in Riverside, California. He has been supporting the body, mind and spirit with Reiki since 2006. He is currently providing in-house Reiki treatments for hospice patients, and hosts classes for Penny Divine in Oahu, Hawaii and throughout Southern California. Christopher also finds fulfillment in educating and sharing the joy of Reiki with others.
He received his First and Second Degree Reiki training from Reiki Master Penny L. Devine in 2006.
I can’t imagine a day without Reiki in my life and don’t know how I lived without it for so many years. It has done so much for me and my family. I feel a sense of calmness even in the most difficult of situations.
